Trainee Actuary, Pensions


Are you looking to begin a career in actuarial services? Then this role where training will be provided and there will be the chance to study towards a professional qualification (The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries Exams), might be the perfect opportunity for you!

Applicants will need a good grade in GCSE Mathematics and confidence using Word and Excel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating annual pensions increases, updating Investment Strategy Reviews and Risk Registers, preparing data and calculations for actuarial valuations and financial reporting, and preparing statements for individuals approaching retirement/leaving employment.

Although not essential it would be advantageous for candidates to possess a A Level/Degree in Mathematics or Science.
