In this newly created role as a Customer Experience Representative, you'll play a key part in enhancing customer and colleague experiences by leveraging your expertise in root cause analysis and customer-facing processes. You'll be responsible for responding to customer queries in line with internal frameworks, providing a high level of service to minimise escalations, and acting as a role model for outstanding customer service.
