Positive Behaviour Support Outreach Worker

We have a superb opportunity for a Positive Behaviour Support Outreach Worker on the beautiful island of Guernsey, Channel Islands. Duties will include conducting assessments of individual’s needs, developing PBS plans, and supporting families/staff to implement a variety of positive behavioural interventions under the supervision of the PBS Team Lead. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 4 PBS BTEC or RBT qualification, a valid driving licence, and have experience supporting children and adults with learning disabilities and/or autism and challenging behaviour. This role includes a full relocation package, which includes interview and relocation travel, competitive pay and an annual bonus. There is also subsidised accommodation for those travelling to the island alone and an 8-year employment permit for those relocating with a partner and/or family member(s).
