The successful applicant will

• Put the customer first at all times, having had experience working in a customer facing role

• Have strong technical knowledge to support broadband, mobile and home phone, with an appreciation of PC   software skills, hardware skills, networking and IT functionality

• Answer and resolve customer queries in a professional and friendly manner

• Focus on first call resolution using strong analytical skills for problem solving

• Have excellent telephone manner and listening skills to provide top-class service

• Have good communications skills, both verbal and written in dealing with a varied customer base.

 

The opportunity is full time working on a shift rota basis covering daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
