Firsrcall are working with a new client who provide retirement housing and care services for older people. They are currently recruiting for an Assistant Housing Manager in Guernsey.

As Assistant Housing Manager you will ensure all residents living in the retirement housing receive a high quality and responsive housing management service. You will provide support where necessary and encourage a sense of independence and choice.

Some of your responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Maintaining records and equipment
  • Fully and accurately record and maintain court finances
  • Ensure any contracted communal services are delivering a high quality service
  • Organise open days
  • Create and review 'welcome packs'
  • Monitor rent accounts
  • Complete and maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance issues
  • Carry out annual risk assessment

To be considered for this role you should have knowledge of supporting older people and be computer literate to include Microsoft Excel.
