Our client is a busy recycling company looking for someone to join their Office Admin team.

This role would suit someone who is enthusiastic, willing to be part of the team and get involved with the day to day running of the office as needed.

Overall role purpose:

The role is based in a busy office and a fairly small office team of 5 people therefore the successful candidate will be dealing with duties from Payroll and HR as well as bookkeeping and general administration duties.

Key responsibilities will include:

•    HR - being responsible for weekly Payroll for 60+ employees, completing housing licensing, looking after holiday rotas, etc.
•    Bookkeeping - looking after the purchase ledger, supporting the main accounts team
•    General Admin - answering phones, helping deal with customer queries.

The successful candidate:

•    Must have payroll experience.
•    Good administration skills.
•    Excellent communication skills.
