Are you available for a 6 month contract?

Our client is seeking to on board a Filing Assistant for a 6 month contract on either a full time or part time basis.

You will be assisting with file management ensuring that client files are accurately maintained. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

* Filing and archiving
* Creation of new files
* Termination of files
* Deal with staff queries regarding files and documents
* Provide reception cover when needed

This role requires you to have experience in a similar role and have excellent organisation skills. You must have good communication skills and be able to work well to deadlines.
