Senior Legal Secretary, Dispute Resolution

Do you have at least 5 years’ experience working as a Legal Secretary, or in a similar environment? Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? If so, our client is seeking an individual to join their Dispute Resolution team, on a permanent basis. You will support the fee earners in the provision of a confidential legal secretarial service by providing competent and efficient secretarial duties. This will include screening of telephone calls, direct contact with clients in person and answering general queries or attending minor problems, collecting internal and external mail, typing and amending Court documents, maintaining Fee Earners diaries and making appointments, as well as opening new client files and matters on the database system. Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
