An exciting career opportunity has arisen at this leading international insurance company for an experienced finance administrator.
Reporting to an Accountant within the finance department, the successful individual will be tasked with ensuring unit-linked deliverables are met within required timeframes through supporting other team members with the implementation and maintenance of controls and provision of financial information to external and internal audit teams.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
* Preparing weekly cash flows for the company using information from the administration system
* Assist with receiving payment instructions from all areas of the business
* Input payment information into the accounting system SAP Business 1
* Reconciliation bank account information, locating and eliminating any outstanding entries using Autorek
* Completing the Board report on a quarterly basis, monitoring the quarterly variances for each line item
* Acting on queries relating to lost or returned payments
Applications are sought from efficient, numerate and communicative candidates with a can do attitude who have a good understanding of administration and bookkeeping processes and confident Microsoft Excel skills. Those with CAT/AAT qualification will be looked upon favourably.
