Our client is seeking an individual with approximately 5 years’ experience in the fiduciary services industry, to join their team, on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for all aspects of administration for a portfolio of Trusts, Companies and Pension Schemes, reporting to the Assistant Manager. Duties will include liaising with clients, intermediaries, bankers and investment houses – by email, letter and telephone, assisting with client entity reviews, as well as the preparation of minutes, written resolutions, and other statutory documentation. If you hold a professional qualification (STEP, ICSA) or are qualified by experience, have been acting as a Signatory at previous employer, and have good organisation and communication skills, then get in touch!
