Youth Commission for Guernsey and Alderney - delivering high quality, targeted services for children and young people in order to support the development of their social, physical and emotional wellbeing.

This is a paid position with benefits (ideally full time, although hours may be negotiable)
(£24,000 - £26,500 per annum, pension, 26 days paid holidays, parking, flexible working)
Key responsibilities:

-Finance - responsible for reconciliation of bank statements, raising and processing invoices, banking, providing information to accountants for creation of monthly management accounts, budget tracking, annual audit, assist with preparation and tracking of annual budget and general administration.

-Board administration - diarise meetings and assist with preparation of meeting materials, take and distribute board meeting minutes, assist with registry documentation for directors and annual reporting requirements.

-General administration - develop and maintain records, assist with documentation for services and reporting, prepare presentation information.

Applicants should have relevant experience of finance and administration.
