Itchyfeet are working on a fantastic opportunity for a Network and Infrastructure Engineer to join a group of consultants who support a wide variety of clients in Networking, Security, Virtualisation, Private Cloud hosting, and General IT support. You will assist clients with Call and Fault resolution, management of Windows environments and Active Directory, Virtualisation technologies and Network and Firewall infrastructure and management. Where required, you will escalate incidents to the 3rd Line Consultants and help undertake purchasing, dealing with suppliers and assisting in running the company Guernsey Network Operations Centre. You must have 2 - 4 years of IT experience, in a System or Network/Infrastructure Administrator/Engineer role and have a good knowledge of Desktop Environments, Windows Server Infrastructure and Active Directory, Networking and Firewall technologies.
