This is a new Senior opportunity for a candidate to work as a key part of our client’s existing client administration team, on a permanent full or part time basis. You will provide company secretarial and associated services to a group of clients and assist in co-ordinating all fund / company secretarial matters, including production of Board packs, preparation of minutes for Board meetings, and follow up on action points. You will also provide assistance with ad-hoc administration projects as required. The successful candidate will preferably be studying towards ICSA or equivalent, be computer literate and have excellent inter-personal and organisational skills. You will have had exposure to, and a strong understanding of Guernsey’s funds industry and regulatory framework, so you can hit the ground running.
