DADCO Administration Manager
The Company
Dadco is a locally registered company operating in the Aluminium industry. We are a leading supplier of alumina and alumina chemicals to the European market. Production is based in Germany with sales and distribution offices located in Guernsey and Switzerland.
The Position
We are looking for an exceptional person with sound experience, energy and passion to join a small team. Initially, your role will be to coordinate an array
of different functions to include:
• Sales and purchase processing.
• Cash receipts, supplier payments and bank reconciliations.
• Accounting and statutory administration support.
• Bauxite and alumina logistics support.
• General office duties.
The role could evolve into bauxite logistics if there is appetite for
future development.
The Candidate
The following are prerequisites for the position:
• At least five years experience in a general office environment.
• Knowledge of accounting systems, particularly in respect to sales
and purchase processing.
• Ability to analyse financial data and take a proactive approach
to drive efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
with an eye for detail.
• Ability to prioritise work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of MS office and proficient in database management.
