The position of HR Officer will see you responsible for the recruitment and selection process and the on-boarding of new staff across the Channel Islands.

Additional duties will include;

  • Preparing job specifications, job descriptions and advertisements
  • Applying for work permits and licences
  • Sourcing and assessing suitable candidates
  • Preparing offer packs
  • Undertaking pre-screening of new recruits
  • Organising and attending careers events

Applicants should hold an appropriate level REC and/or CIPD qualification and have a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
