An excellent opportunity has arisen for an individual seeking a busy and varied office role, on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for general office duties including answering and logging client support calls, welcoming guests, dealing with post and scanning documents, bookkeeping and accounting duties including the preparation of invoices, as well as receiving and dealing with deliveries from suppliers. This role would suit a candidate with previous experience in bookkeeping / office administration who is reliable, presentable and polite. A positive attitude is essential for this role as you will be the first point of contact for all visitors.
