Sure delivers mobile, broadband, fixed line, data centre and enterprise solutions to a diverse customer base in Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man, alongside cloud services to customers in many other locations around the world.

We are looking to recruit a DC Account Service Manager. The successful applicant will be required to retain revenues of allocated DC customers building and maintaining trusted relationship through a highly professional approach to existing Account and Service Management. You will ensure that these align with your protect & serve and post sales service management objectives, supporting both business opportunities and maintaining ongoing revenues. In addition to this, you will report to the Acting Head of DC Sales and in support of the Sales Directors vision, you will develop strategies whilst ensuring an approach that creates value and growth to achieve Sure Internationals Data Centre and wider telecommunications business objectives.

As well as portraying our Company values; One Team, Customer Driven, Trust and Simplicity, the successful candidate will have a high level of DC/Telecommunication experience with a proven track record in providing an effective pre and post-sales commercial or technical support function to high value clients. Applicants must have good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to accept continual, rapid changes in services and technology, along with an excellent understanding of Data Centre/IT & Telecommunications technologies. A clean driving licence is also required for the role.
