Our client is a funds and fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Senior Fund Administrator.

Overall purpose of the role:

The Senior Administrator will work collaboratively and pro-actively with the Administration and Accounting functions to implement processes and enforce policies and procedures, provide a high level and quality internal and external client fund administration service and the accurate and timely provision of administration services across their various fund structures.

The successful candidate will complete a wide variety of fund administration tasks, including more complex client administration matters, accurately and in a timely manner, thereby supporting company’s ever-growing and diversified international client base.

The successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years previous fund administration experience
• Working towards or completed ICSA or other relevant qualification (e.g. ACCA or CISI)
• Ideally membership of relevant Professional Institute
• Evidence of commitment to a high standard of client service
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good IT skills
• Excellent organisational ability and good analytical skills
• Experience in supporting more junior Administration team members
• Strong attention to detail
• Evidence of Continued Professional Development
