Our client is seeking an individual with previous management experience within a financial institution to join their Funds Administration team, on a permanent basis. You will provide support to the Director on an ongoing basis and be pro-active in the management of staff to ensure that they uphold the policies and procedures of the Company as a whole. You will also safeguard customer relations by ensuring that work is undertaken efficiently. Duties will include purchase / sale of investments, transfer / sale of units, shares and interests, bookkeeping, TT transactions, as well as Company Secretarial duties.  The successful candidate will hold a qualification relevant to the administration of Private Equity Funds along with Trust and Company administration and Company Secretarial practical experience.
