We have a perfect opening if you're interested in being part of small boutique trust company.

Being a part of a small but dynamic team, you'll be working on daily trust and company administrative tasks whilst also liaising with directors, clients, external agencies, organisations and staff.

Responsibilities include:

* Administering a portfolio of trusts and companies, drafting trustee resolutions and company minutes and liaising with professional third parties
* Undertaking the updating of accounting records, collecting fees, posting and reconciling of statements, investment portfolios, rental statement and the reporting of chargeable hours for the administration team to Finance department
* Preparing annual reviews, correspondence, documents for signature by Directors, receipts, payments, payment statements and asset statements
* Compiling CDD packs and undertaking ad-hoc project related activities

In this role you'll have the opportunity to utilise a wide array of skillsets that you possess from book-keeping to administration of trusts to minute taking.
