On behalf of an IT provider we are in search of a service desk administrator to complement a team in Guernsey. Main objectives of the job is to provide a single point of contact for customers. Facilitate the restoration of normal operational services with minimal business impact on the customer and within agreed SLA levels and business priorities.
Responsibilities include service desk functions, fault call logging and call closures. Be the 1st line of escalation for engineers who have issues on site they need help with. Be the buffer between the technical services engineers / consultants and break fix engineers.

Suitable applicants will have relevant professional qualifications like Compitia a+, networking or a BTech diploma in IT with a minimum of one years experience in a similar role.
