The role involves working as part of a small event management

team, performing a variety of administrative tasks, including

going out to meetings, liaising with stall holders, entertainment

providers and other stake holders before major events. Therefore

the ideal candidate needs to possess strong interpersonal and

communication skills, both verbally and written.

This Events Co-ordinator will be working 30 hours per week on

a permanent contract. Flexible working and the ability to cover

weekends are required due to thenature of the business.

The ability to multi-task,while maintaining schedules and managing

administrative support, with exceptional attention to detail is

essential in this position.

Applicants need to have a high level of customer-service experience.

Sales experience would be advantageous.
