HR Administrator: Cyprus/Channel Islands/London

The company was established in the Channel Islands in 1990. Since then we have built an unrivalled global client base, with an excellent track record in contingency and retained recruitment, from junior through to board level assignments.

We are now seeking a professionally qualified HR administrator/co-ordinator to be based in Limassol Cyprus, Channel Islands or London offices, depending upon your residential location.

Responsibilities will include:

* Assisting line managers with recruitment and selection: co-ordinate the recruitment and selection process, and support line managers with inducting new staff members.
* Learning and development: implement and monitor effective training programmes.
* Human resources policies: implement and maintain human resources policies across the organisation and promote awareness of local regulatory compliance.
* Reporting: produce reports to monitor remuneration and benefits, holiday chart, absenteeism and attendance.



Experience and qualifications you will need:

* Ideally graduate level CIPD qualified, although we will consider applicants with the certificate in personnel practice level
* Experience in managing all company HR administration and ad hoc tasks associated ie staff training, appraisals and payroll
* Excellent interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels.
