A well-recognised funds and investment company, is fast developing and looking to add a senior administrator to its growing administration team in Guernsey.

The main purpose of the position is to provide support to the administration team as a whole and to safeguard customer relations through ensuring of efficiently and effectively executed work.

Some of the key responsibilities encompassing this role are as follows: Internal signatory responsibilities, ensure rules, regulations and policies are adhered to at all times and to develop and maintain a good relationship with clients of the company.

Competencies sought after will include but are not exclusive to, adaptability, interpersonal skills, knowledge of legal regulatory and industry requirements, knowledge of business processes, standards, policies and procedures.

Client reporting, cash management, company secretarial, KYC, bookkeeping and payments are all included in the work of the successful applicant.

A relevant qualification to the company secretarial/administration of Private Equity Funds as well as Trust and Companies. Therefore a professional ICSA qualification is desirable.
