Our client is seeking an Administrator with experience of fiduciary and trust structures, to join a growing team, on a permanent basis, to be responsible for a portfolio of client entities and provide general support to the Fiduciary Services Division and the wider Group. Responsibilities will include maintaining secretarial and governance oversight and control of a cross section of client entities, assisting in onboarding new clients and client entities including collection of correct due diligence, completion of bank account opening forms, as well as assisting with payments and the payment process made by client entities as required. The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of the Guernsey legal and regulatory environment and in particular regulatory guidance and the AML/CFT Handbook as well as basic familiarity of FATCA and CRS as they relate to client entities and reporting.
