Customer Support Agent

Delivering best-in-class customer experience is our company mission, so as the first line of customer support our officers are at the very heart of our business.The successful applicant will: 

• put the customer first at all times, having had experience working in a customer facing role

• be ready to undertake training to develop the technical knowledge to support broadband, mobile and home phone

• Have excellent IT and computer skills • answer and resolve customer queries in a professional and friendly manner

• focus on first call resolution using strong analytical skills for problem solving

• have excellent telephone manner and listening skills to provide top-class service

• have good communications skills, both verbal and written in dealing with a varied customer base.

The opportunity is part time working on a shift rota basis covering daytime, evenings, Saturdays and some bank holidays.
