Enterprise Support Engineer


Sure delivers mobile, broadband, fixed line, data centre and enterprise solutions to a diverse customer base in the Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey alongside cloud services to customers in many other locations around the world.

We are looking to recruit an Enterprise Support Engineer in Guernsey.

The successful applicant will be required to provide the first technical operational escalation for incidents, identifying the root cause of problems, servicing requests and executing changes across the estates of Sure Managed Services customers. They will be responsible for the day-to-day performance against the SOC operational objectives and the operational delivery of Sure Managed Services, including but not limited to managed networks, managed WANs, managed firewalls and various managed cloud services.

As well as portraying our Company values; One Team, Customer Driven, Trust and Simplicity, the successful candidate will have experience working with IP routing and switching environments and be a technically skilled, highly motivated individual. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required for the role along with good communication skills and strong customer service skills. Candidates should hold CCNA or a comparable network related qualification.
