Across the islands, we deliver mobile, broadband, fixed line, data centre and enterprise solutions to consumers, corporate and public sector

clients as well as carrier services to other telecoms providers around

the globe. Sure now operates in 7 jurisdictions and 350 employees

make up the Sure Group.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Officer to join our HR

Team in Guernsey.

The successful applicant will be required to deliver all aspects of

HR administration in a timely and accurate manner. As part of the

HR Team, the candidate will provide a professional, proactive and collaborative HR Generalist service to line managers and colleagues

across the Sure Group.

As well as portraying our Company values; One Team, Customer Driven, Trust and Simplicity, the successful candidate will be Associate CIPD qualified and have a minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, commercial organisation. Applicants must have excellent organisational, a keen eye for attention to detail, time management skills, and excellent communication

skills with the confidence to communicate with all levels of staff

and customers. The successful candidate will be required to work on their own initiative, whilst being a good team player who is prepared

to ‘muck in’ when required.
