We are seeking a well-organised administrator, for a well-established Guernsey fiduciary company. The role is to undertake the periodic review process of our client's trust department, essentially working on financial and fiduciary service provisions.
Responsibilities will include reviewing client trust and company files, check paperwork has been scanned and filed correctly. Check broker statements have been recorded on a file review register and that ensure Letter of Wishes are up to date. Check management fees have been paid, check loan balances are correct, assist managers with filing and scanning, and deal with other adhoc matters.
This role would suit a candidate who shows meticulous attention to detail, has strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to work accurately and independently. To work within a team environment, be self-motivated, risk aware and an analytic thinker. Strong computer skills in Excel and Word software is required.
