Our client, a well-established Trust and Company service provider has an opportunity for an experienced Trust Administrator/Officer in Guernsey.

The purpose of this role will be to carry out management, supervision and coordination of daily administration of trusts and companies including taking full mandate responsibility. Maintaining and developing personal contact with clients, advisors and other related parties, which will include some travel. Taking fiduciary decisions on the mandates assigned within Company guidelines and co-ordination of mandate specific transactions with bankers, lawyers, accountants, agents or consultants. Administrative overview and control of mandates assigned including financial, accounting and database reviews and technical support of more junior team members.

The successful applicant will ideally have a at least two to four year's experience in the administration of trust and company structures. Be STEP or ICSA qualified with a solid fiduciary background and have a focus on customer service excellence. The ability to prioritise and plan multiple tasks would be advantageous.
