As a Compliance Administrator you will assist the compliance team in ensuring that the business complies with applicable laws, regulations, supervisory requirements, internal policies and procedures through internal controls and actions with the ultimate objective being to provide assurance to management and protect the Group’s good name and reputation. You will ensure all activities undertaken are in accordance with the various laws and regulations pertaining to the Guernsey regulatory licences. The successful candidate will possess some prior relevant experience gained in regulated finance or professional services along with a sound educational background i.e. A Level / Baccalaureate or equivalent with GCSE Grade in English and Mathematics. A willingness to study toward professional qualification is required for this role.
