Our client is a financial services company seeking to recruit a Client Solutions Delivery Administrator, Corporate Services.

Overall purpose of the role:

The Client Solutions Delivery team is responsible for numerous revenue-generating client services which have been centralised into a team of specialists who service the whole Guernsey business. These services include (but are not limited to) company secretarial work, client onboarding, fiduciary investment reviews, AEOI reporting, periodic file reviews, maintenance and updating of client databases.

Reporting to the Client Solutions Delivery Manager, the Administrator undertakes the full range of Client Solutions Delivery processes, ensuring that compliance, internal rules and the various laws and regulations pertaining to the Group’s Guernsey regulatory licences are adhered to.

The successful candidate will have:

• Prior relevant experience in regulated finance or professional services
• Sound educational background i.e. A Level/Baccalaureate or equivalent with GCSE Grade in English and Mathematics
• May have a professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA, or have a desire to study towards a qualification
• Demonstrable IT technical skills
