This role involves general office administration duties for all departments and is a training role designed to offer the successful candidate with a wide introduction to the majority of administration roles within the office.

Responsibilities will include organising outgoing mail, scanning and electronic storage of documents and updating databases, responding to incoming telephone calls and forwarding onto relevant parties in a timely manner, acting as a messenger; photocopying, as well as general administration duties. Full training will be provided.
