Back to ResultsA reputable Guernsey fiduciary and accountancy firm are looking to hire a senior compliance manager.
Reporting to a Senior Risk Director, the main duties will be managing a team of compliance officers responsible for overseeing the AML, KYC and compliance business associated with our client. You will be responsible for ensuring your team is effective to ensure all compliance matters are dealt with promptly. You will also be required to ensure your team is motivated any further training to enhance their skills.
As senior compliance manager you will be reporting compliance information to clients, directors and senior management of the company.
To be eligible for this role you will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. If you hold a professional relevant compliance qualification this would be an advantage. Be able to demonstrate full knowledge of GFSC current rules and regulations.
