Small Works & Installations Manager

This is a senior role for a ‘hands-on’ passionate craftsperson with proven knowledge and experience of the commercial interior fit-out sector and local construction industry.

You will be accountable for the successful delivery of our fit-out projects. You will work closely with our Projects Team, lead our internal build team, plan and coordinate suppliers and sub-contractors, and quality control the work to ensure high standards are maintained.

We are looking for a super talented and well-organised individual, who has a great eye for detail, enjoys problem-solving and has excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Essential:

• Qualifications in a trade, such as carpentry/joinery or mechanical, electrical, or plumbing, and statutory H&S courses.

• A sound understanding of all these trades, building regulations, H&S law, fire regulations.

Qualifications in leadership or project management would be desirable.
