As an Assistant Company Secretary you will carry out the administration of all matters relating to corporate governance such as assisting with the preparations for Board /Committee meetings, maintain all statutory books and the filing of all appropriate company secretarial and corporate returns. You will also oversee and assist with secretarial services provided to Management Committees, timely payment of corporate fees, maintain oversight and act as custodian of corporate policies, procedures and guidelines, ensuring formal adoption and timely reviews are carried out by the Boards. This role would best suit a candidate with high-level technical and professional record of accomplishment held in a corporate environment, the ability to communicate at all levels and is willing to acquire working knowledge of Guernsey’s legislative and regulatory requirements, or another equivalent jurisdiction.
