Chairperson/Non-Executive Director

Guernsey Post is one of the largest employers in Guernsey, responsible for

the delivery and distribution of more than 45 million items per annum. With

an annual turnover of £35 million the Company operates in a challenging

industry, requiring a strong focus on managing its cost base and maximising

commercial opportunities.

Following the retirement of the current chairman an exciting opportunity

exists for applicants with relevant experience to join the Guernsey Post

Board as our Chairperson. The ideal candidate will have board-level experience,

a strong track record of leadership and strategic thinking ideally

gained within a complex business environment.

Non-Executive Director

Guernsey Post is also seeking to appoint a new Non-Executive Director in

anticipation of further retirements next year. The successful candidate will

play an important role as part of the Audit and Risk Committee and therefore

will have an accounting qualication/nance director experience

and/or director level experience in a commercial trading company.
