Compliance Officer
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our busy compliance function, as a Compliance Officer.
The role is ideal for an individual who has some experience in compliance, preferably with a professional related qualification. We will train bright, committed team players to a recognised compliance qualification and beyond.
Main purpose of the role:
Reporting to the Compliance Manager and MLRO/MLCO, responsibilities include:
• To contribute to the effective operation of the compliance function of the company
• To assist with the ongoing customer risk reviews, including management of communication and correspondence
• To keep up to date and provide advisory services to employees on compliance, regulatory (GFSC and JFSC Handbooks) and AML/CTF issues
• To assist with all aspects of the Compliance Monitoring Programme
• To assist with compliance issues arising from customer communications
• To review marketing material to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
