Our client has a great opportunity for someone to join their Guernsey office and train with them as an Assistant Trust Administrator.

Our client will provide support for obtaining a professional qualification (STEP or The Chartered Governance Institute) while you assist a small private wealth team in the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of client company and trust structures.

Your key responsibilities will include liaising with clients and intermediaries with regards to matters of a non-complex nature, ensure statutory records are accurately maintained, assist in carrying out an annual review of all entities within your own portfolio, and complete internal control reports.

You will need to be educated to 'A' Level standard or equivalent, and no previous finance industry experience is required for this role.

You will also need to have excellent communication skills, good writing skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.
