Are you a senior trust professional with client relationship management experience eager for a leadership position within a fast paced environment.

Our client - an owner-managed financial services group – is seeking a Senior Trust Manager/Associate Director to lead one of their private client administration teams in Guernsey

Responsibilities include:

Acting as a Senior Client Relationship Manager for a number of complex/significant clients, conducting client relationship meetings and implementing new processes and procedures affecting these relationships
Assisting with the development of the fiduciary offerings of the business and the marketing efforts though recognition and sourcing potential introducers of work
Providing support and guidance to a team of administrators, suggesting change as required, completing performance and objective reviews and reviewing the team's recruitment needs.
Assisting with measures to reduce errors, breaches and complaints being made within the Trust Department

You should have a comprehensive and proven track record in offshore fiduciary services and client relationship management, together with a relevant professional qualification (ie STEP, CGI, or equivalent) and knowledge of marketing and business development initiatives.
