Back to ResultsAn international digital bank with a strong track record is looking for a senior leader to drive further growth in the region. The bank has a unique profile across multiple continents, and has been a pioneer in the digital asset space. The bank is fully regulated and has a wide variety of products to offer to its discerning clients.
In this position you will be the face and voice of the bank in Abu Dhabi and across the wider Middle East. You will be a player/coach, winning business and engaging new clients from your own network whilst leading and motivating a small but growing team of Relationship Managers/Business Developers. You will lead the regulatory project and be the key point of contact with all of the relevant authorities, all whilst designing and implementing a robust business plan for growth.
To be a success in this position you will be an experienced Private Banker/Wealth Manager in the Middle East, with a long track record of successful client engagement. You will have experience working with relevant regulators to achieve all necessary licences, and be a credible and motivational leader for colleagues of all levels of experience.
