MSG Chief Operations Officer

 

The Medical Specialist Group provides secondary healthcare services for the Bailiwick of Guernsey working in partnership with The Committee for Health & Social Care and plays a key role in the provision of health care services on the island.

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) at the Medical Specialist Group LLP (MSG) is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of this renowned health care organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced COO who wants to be a key part of the senior management team that ensures efficient delivery of outstanding health care to the people of Guernsey.

We are looking for a COO who is detail focused, data driven with strong financial acumen. They must be motivated to ensure the MSG is productive, efficient and effective from a financial and regulatory point of view. They must be able to lead and manage change to optimise MSG operational performance, innovating through the use of technology.
