Our client – an award winning bank – is seeking a Mortgage Services Administrator to play a crucial role in supporting the mortgage sales team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the preparation and processing of mortgage applications
  • Coordinating communication between clients, lenders, and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the mortgage services team

You should have strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills together with excellent communication skills at all levels.
