Our client has a new vacancy for the role of Senior Administrator / Officer in their Family Office Team.

The team are flexible with regard to the level of the position, and are therefore open to applications at both Senior Administrator and Officer level.  The responsibilities of the role will be tailored to the successful candidate's knowledge, experience and resulting job level.   

You will organise daily workloads and where appropriate, the workload of junior staff to ensure an efficient and effective service to clients. You will help to maintain a good team spirit and staff morale by providing support and guidance to junior staff, assisting in their development.

For the Senior Administrator role you will need 1-2 years relevant experience and for the Officer role 3 – 4 years.

You will need sound technical knowledge of trust and some knowledge of tax, competent IT skills, good communication skills, and the ability to develop effective relationships at all levels.
