Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst on a permanent full-time basis to be the first point of contact for all technology problems and queries, to communicate with exceptional customer service to all customers in order to attempt to fix technical issues, or to escalate to Level 2 with all required information provided. You will also take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner. Candidates must have the ability to digest and communicate technical data in business-understandable terms and have an aptitude for analytical problem-solving.
