Putting the customer at the heart of everything that you do, you will support the Store Manager in commercially managing your store to maximise profitability through the retail plan; driving sales, managing costs, and delivering the firm’s brand through the visual proposition. You will support the development of the team, whilst ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout the store according to company guidelines. Management level experience of operational, stock, IT and cash management are essential for this role.
