Our client - a private client, corporate and fund administration service provider - is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Company Secretarial team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day Company Secretarial services to an allocated client base
  • Assisting the leadership team with managing the Company Secretarial function.
  • Mentoring junior members of the team
  • Issuing papers for client board meetings.
