Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Compliance Manager to deliver high-quality compliance support and risk management services within their local Compliance team. The role involves advising and monitoring business activities to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and codes of practice, while fostering a culture of compliance and ethical standards. Key responsibilities include supporting the Compliance Officer, acting as MLCO and Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer, drafting and implementing AML/CFT and regulatory compliance policies, completing the compliance monitoring program, and preparing reports for quarterly board meetings. The successful candidate will also review sanctions and adverse media reports, maintain key regulatory registers, and provide guidance on compliance matters. Essential skills include experience in compliance and risk management, a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, and proficiency in handling corporate and trust client structures.
