Back to ResultsOur client is looking for a Senior IT Technician to join their Service Delivery team. You will handle escalated IT issues, provide high-level support to clients and colleagues, and undertake both remote and fieldwork. Your duties will include managing client expectations, advising on new technologies, and ensuring service delivery meets service level agreements. You should have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Technical expertise in Office 365, Azure, Windows Server, firewalls, and networking is highly desirable. A driving licence is required for field-based work.
