In this pivotal role, you will build and nurture client relationships, understand their business needs, and propose suitable IT solutions that align with their strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include preparing and refining account management plans, leading sales and account management meetings, and executing direct marketing and sales activities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, maintain CRM activities, and attend external meetings as required. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex sales and account management, preferably within the IT and Managed Services industry, along with strong interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills.
